Sinapi is looking for a Support Specialist to work onsite in our offices in Rosario for our clients based in CA, USA. As part of the support team, you will be responsible for all localization workflow tools involved in the project lifecycle. You will learn to effectively use both proprietary and third-party tools to provide the best service. We are looking for a proactive individual who learns quickly and collaborates, given that we work on a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Position Requirements

Advanced English skills, both written and oral.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Resolution-driven and client-oriented.
Proactive nature and desire to continue learning periodically.

Desired Skills

Proactive individual who learns quickly and collaborates with great problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments, work as part of a team and understand complexities surrounding the technology.
